Short answer: all three! My body is happiest when I balance my food groups (I eat a lot of veggies too). I do need to watch when I start eating more carbs, especially refined sugar, though.
Fruit and Protein. It not only gives you that extra energy but it is also a balanced food choice for when you want something to snack on to give you the most out of your day
