You can have a glass of milk. Peanuts (6-5), Almonds and Cashews (3-4), Dates(5-6). Oates are also great option. If you like spicy food you can make 'masala oats'. In vegetables tomatoes and cucumbers.I hope this helps ! Have a great day!
