It’s common to struggle with sleep when using your phone late at night. Try establishing a 'digital curfew' by putting your phone away at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Instead, create a calming bedtime ritual, such as reading or practicing deep breathing. This can help signal to your body that it’s time to wind down. Additionally, consider a consistent sleep schedule and a comfortable sleep environment to reduce restlessness. Small changes can lead to significant improvements in your sleep quality.

I am not a “knockout” sleeper at all. In fact I also struggle with keeping my eyes closed however lately I have found that on the nights when I put my phone away just just read for 30 minutes to an hour I am able to sleep pretty quickly. The reading helps shut my mind off and relax.
