I get distracted very easily and it is hard to get focused again. Can I meditate during my classes or exams? If yes, then how?

I think it depends on what meditation is for you and what the context is. I wonder if you might benefit from using the classic grounding exercise where you name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. That functions kind of like a micro-meditation for me, and might be helpful in pulling you back to focus on what’s happening in the moment.

As Fabulous tells us, get distracted is normal, is a situation that do get better with meditation. So! Good for you to start doing it. It helps me a lot and I’m glad for that. Now, about meditate during your classes or exams, I have to tell you that. OF COURSE!! You do can meditate everywhere anytime. Even for 3 or 5 minutes. Just by taking some time and focusing on your breath. Now if you want to meditate during exams, just wake up a little bit earlier in the morning and meditate for 10 minutes. You can allways find time for a few moments of meditation! Hope you meditate every day.
