It takes me about 24 hours to really focus and center myself because, my head is always everywhere most the time so I barely have time to this about myself. So At the end of the a few hours before I go to bed I meditate and think for myself which is not bad.

It takes practice and probably the first times it's not going to be easy but as you set your goals and strive to achieve them you definitely will see that you can shift into centering on yourself
