A five minute meditation might be good to have on the app or can these routines be adjusted? I like to use them for guidance

Change it up. Maybe one night do a long one and in a busy morning do I quick one. The goal of meditation isn’t to be an expert at keeping a long attention span but to gradually extend it and ease into being a more calm, contempt person. Good luck!!

Five minute meditations are good to have on this app because they give me the concentration and relaxation I need even when I do not have much time to spare.

Five minute meditation is better than 12 because 12 minutes can be so much for the person
We can get distracted easily in these 12 minutes or even get bored
So 5 minutes are perfect
