Do you meditate at the same time every day? What sort of routine do you have to help remember and to settle into it?
Establishing a consistent meditation routine can greatly enhance your practice. Meditating at the same time each day helps build a habit and signals your brain that itβs time to settle in. To create a routine, consider setting a reminder on your phone, choosing a specific location, and incorporating a calming pre-meditation ritual, like deep breathing or gentle stretching. This consistency not only reinforces the habit but also deepens your meditation experience, guiding you towards your personal growth goals.
