Yes, I meditate right after I wake up. First thing. I find that even if I go on my phone for a little bit before meditating it makes it all the harder to make myself do it at all.

No i don't meditate at the same time everyday. Though i really try to. The constant notifications from the app rrally motivate me to do rhe meditation so I try to coax my inner child into meditation

Yes I meditate at night before I go to sleep. After journaling and doing my gratitude practice. I use this app as a prompt to do the practice but use the insight timer to do guided meditation or I use the meditation timer for 10 mins.

I meditate at the same time every night because I have that part of my bedtime routine locked in for now but I’m struggling with finding a time that works for meditation 🧘🏻♀️ in the morning. Find what works for you but I would try doing it before getting out of bed 🛌 and starting your day so that you start your day in a really good head space and relaxed 😎 enough to tackle the idiots you will encounter.

When I meditate, I tend to do it in the afternoon. That is because in the afternoon I tend to get anxious and I start overthinking about everything I have to do. I’m one of the people that worries about everything and meditation is helping me a lot with that..

Yes, I try to. In the morning I do it before breakfast. I wake up, give 3 long breaths, drink water, wash my face and meditate for 20 minutes. And then I meditate in the night, before sleeping.

I try to keep it the same time, I usually do it before bed so I’m relaxed and can clear my mind and be more ready to sleep. Its an overall win win

I don’t have a specific time for meditation, but I use an app called Headspace that keeps track of how many days in a row you’ve meditated. That keeps me motivated to do it every day.
