I find it easy to create habits where I DO something – drink water, exercise, etc. However, I have difficulty with emotional habits – anger, criticism, jealousy. How can I work on these?

For balance of emotions you must eat a nutritious food and mediate, as we heard, " what we eat, is what we feel." So eat light and wholesome meals to balance your emotions perfectly and mediate or do journal or you can also go for a walk for 10 min atleast into the fresh air, believe me it does wonders and about jealousy, instead of being jealous of someone, develop a feeling of gratitude inside you, I'll suggest you to must pray for atleast 5-10 mins daily and build a healthy emotions..thank you!
