I feel so tired between 2-5pm. How do I stay on task and motivated during these times?

This is my sleepy time at work!! I get tired at this time too. Usually, I try to take a mini break and look outside my window as far out into the distance as possible, and just observe all the things that’s happening at a distance. I think it’s a bit of a mindfulness exercise!! Walking around the communal areas in my office also helps me wake up a little bit.
