I don’t always feel like eating breakfast, so recently I’ve been having whole almonds only. Any suggestions for light on the go breakfast ideas?

In this case an egg and a bread along with mango juice is best. It contains carbohydrates even necessary vitamins. Note: you have any fruit juice but make sure it’s natural. The egg contains almost all the elements necessary for health. I think should search it by yourself while having this easily “consume-able breakfast”. Have a nice morning!!!

Start from eating something like apple or banana and then make a sandwich with them and put peanut butter on it. Or you can make a smoothie with you favorite fruits and have it on the way.
