What are the heaviest breakfast foods you like to eat?

Rafael Ramos
Bacon and sausage are the two heaviest things I eat for breakfast. All the other food, eggs, English muffin, coffee, juice, fruit, etc. all seem like things they will sustain me. Bacon and sausage feel luxurious, like I know they are dripping in fat, but I eat them anyway.

Pepe Fogaça
Pancakes. Witch is why I don't eat them often. If I eat to heavy before or after a workout it does not end well. Stick with eggs and smoothies.

Osnaura Vieira
Usually I won’t eat anything heavier than eggs on toast. I try to either have an apple or banana with peanut butter for protein or bacon and eggs, something quick but still filling. I dislike having anything too big as I find myself getting too sluggish at work if I eat too much.

Pietra Fogaça
We call it ‘Kiri bath’ or milk rice in Sri Lanka. I think the English would consider it as rice pudding. It’s a very popular breakfast dish here

Fruit and yogurt. Meat and potatoes make me want to go back to bed. A protein packed smoothie I can run out the door with and sip on my way to work seems to work the best.

I love pancakes and French toast with butter and REAL maple syrup! My dad also makes the best southern biscuits and gravy that I can’t turn down.
