I deleted all my social media apps. But I keep using my browser to check Facebook and Twitter. I’m scrolling as much as ever. I have anxiety when I dont have my phone on me. How can I change this?

You can make a daily schedule and dedicate a limited time slot for social media browsing. Each time you succeed reward yourself with something what you like.
You can actually re-install the social media apps and download the screen time tracker where you can set a time limit for every app on your phone. This will also prevent you from checking everything there.

I know that's hard, but i'm so sorry i don't think i can really help you .However i think you shouldn't delete them just let your program be more productive and then you will not have the time to open this apps. I hope that i helped u with something
