Things like idly, dosa, uttappa, dhokla, kulcha which is not fried are okay for the breakfast but fried breakfast such as poori, mendu vada or vada paav shouldn't be included in your diet.
Yess that's completely ok!! You just need to feed yourself good and nursing food. And if I'm being honest, I am too not independent yet but I usually request my parents to give different health food in the morning but if they can't , I just eat what is made as it is too is healthy. But make sure you get all the nutrition you need and happy life<3
