Imagine, you just woke up from your bed feeling something dizzy or not so good. After that you start your day and you find yourself so tired or negetive. But instead if you dance to your favourite songs in your room or move yourself you will feel much better than before. ☺️

It is absolutely fine to dance in the morning. You can experiment with different ritms and have fun! If you can get small weights, you can carry them while dancing to add some muscle training
