If and when you have stopped your “almost formed habit”, why did that happen and what (if anything) has helped you go back to your habits?

At the time I had so much on my plate and I couldn't juggle it all. But I remember the progress I had made so I learned in amall increments to incorporate it into my life( through prayer and researching what is best for my body). What might work for someone else may not work for you. So even if it is a good habit but you can't handle it all at once try doing it in small steps. You have to start somewhere. Be kind to yourself. You can do all things through Christ which strengthens me! I hope that helped answer your question!
