I eat both the times..like preworkout breakfast which includes bread roast with peanut butter and banana..after 2 hours I workout for like 1 hour..and then..I make post workout breakfast that includes Oats with milk , almonds and a lemon drink (good for liver)

I don't eat before going to the gym bcz gym is a place where we do exercise and you can't do exercise after breakfast/dinner it's not good for your health and when you return from the gym you have to wait for another 1 hour and then you should eat something not too heavy/sugary/oily you have to maintain your diet this way your calories burn and also your diet is maintained
