I am trying to disconnect from social media addiction. Not like talking or posting addiction but looking at memes uncontrollably kind of addiction. How would I control myself without deleting the app? any recommendations? Time locks don’t work on me either. Thx

time limits personally do work with me however another thing that does help is starting new hobbies , i personally read and color a lot and they genuinely make me leave my phone , journaling is also good but reading and coloring are very easy my recommendation for coloring is the amazon coloring books those are perfect , as for reading start with percy jackson <3
