I am not able to concentrate properly whether i am going to study everysingle thing distracts me and then i spend my most all the day scrolling little unusefulstuffs. I planned my whole day but all these went in vain…🤕and at the end of the day i feel very disappointed.

I think music is the best way to guide your attention and cancel out distraction. Go for music that will match the activities of your day- heavier bass or drum exercise and instrumental music for study.

Select carefully beacuse each instrument and pace will affect your mood. If youre in a bad mood, play a song or two that matches your current mood. Then play another song that transforms your mood a little. Continue until you’re as content as can be for the moment.

Also, an album will help you track time if you know the length of the recording. Experiment with volume, keeping in mind not to disturb others around you. Music that’s louder or played in earphones will make you feel surrounded and the whole environment will be supportive to your state of mind. Music played at a low volume is good for stillness, since you can only hear when you’re close to the speaker.

Experiment and make it your own.
