Chop some fruit and boil some eggs the night before and prepare to take it with you, or a breakfast bowl with some yoghurt and cereal

Yes!!! Kind bars are an amazing source of energy in the morning!
As well as, a banana and apple, over night oatmeal in a container, I suggest steel cut oats, you can find organic steel cut oats at Walmart. The cooking ratio is 1 cup of oats to every 4 cups of liquid. I love cooking them overnight, in a small crockpot, on low, add some cinnamon, butter, honey, nutmeg, nuts, fruit, whatever you prefer! Then in the morning you’re greeted with an amazing smell of an already cooked breakfast!!

I’m a bit confused by the question but I think it means what u would eat if you had to leave quickly so i think u could stop by some place to get a smoothie bowl or at least like a bread thing to be able to have something in ur stomach.

Plan your breakfast the night before. There are some great breakfast jars ideas on Google. Or, better yet, plan to get up 10 minutes earlier so you have time to eat a good breakfast.

i usually make myself shakshooka eggs because they taste really good but for something quick i'd go with a PB&J sandwich, maybe some boiled eggs, overnight oats, maybe make a healthy salad the day before to eat in the morning. I recommend a greek salad.

You could prepare breakfast the night before! Just make it a habit, and you can pack it on the same night to enjoy the next day. This way you could have anything you’d like (as long as it’ll last and taste good after a night). If you don’t have time, you can try a fruit salad or smoothie in the mornings. Maybe avocado? You could also quickly make a fruit parfait. Have you heard of microwave mug meals? You could try a mug cake, muffin, pizza, donut, etc. They’re really easy, not to mention tasty!

You can get an apple or a banana on your way to work. They are easy to eat and they dont require any preparation. If you have the time make 1 or 2 toasts and eat them that will so to

If you are eating healthy food I don't think their should be any complicity but if you are not then you can just do one think the food you are going eat in breakfast just prepare it before going to bed so when you woke up you just have to a little bit of work regarding it and can it properly and healthy.

Yes! Toast with butter and cheese, overnight oats, smoothie (can make the night before and keep it in the fridge), I can’t think of anymore LOL

They don't have to be in the morning, I've worked out in the morning before, but its not my thing, so now i work out in the evening, whenever works though, it doesn't matter when as long as you set your mind to it and do it!

Everyone needs to be grateful for themselves. The fact that they exist is a miracle already. Think about it! We, somehow, exist and are able to question the world and everything around us, and we exist to find our bliss.
