I am a vegetarian. I can’t eat eggs, so I eat a homemade mix of dry fruit powder and milk. Is this okay for breakfast?

I love to eat oatmeal and chia in the mornings.
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup chia seede
pinch of salt
1 cup water
Put in fridge overnight in airtight container.
And next morning topping whatever you like: nuts, berries, mango, cinnamon, agave.

It takes no time in the morning to make and if you are in a rush you can just throw the container in your bag and eat at school/work.

Use gluten-free oats if you are allergic to gluten 🙂

Honestly, I've never heard of powdered fruit… but I do know that fruits are a perfect fit for a healthy breakfast. I do not know said that eggs are a 'must' to have for a breakfast… For me fruits (fresh or dried), nuts and oats with buckwheat milk work best for a breakfast. I'm not exactly a vegetarian but I try avoiding having eggs or dairy for breakfast in the morning. I hope you'll figure out what's best for you! Good luck

I think it is ok if you eat apples bananas grapes and… but if you eat just one or two fruit I don't think it's good for you you can drink tea or coffee in the morning to have energy in your day

I’m vegan. My breakfast consists on water, coffee, a whole grain bun and vegan cheese. At 10 am, I have two pieces of fruit with cashews and almonds.
