Turkey bacon, avocado, spinach on toast: Greek yoghurt and granola: Greek yoghurt and fruit: Protein pancakes and yoghurt and berries
My favourite breakfast is two slices of toasted sunflower seed bread with crispy grilled bacon, a sliced avocado and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. I top with a small sprinkle of black sesame and flax seeds. I sometimes substitute the bacon for grilled tomatoes. Both are delicious and nutritious.
