How you get to sleep easily without spending so much time in bed flopping around
To get to sleep easily without spending excessive time in bed, establish a calming bedtime routine. Start by setting a consistent sleep schedule, dimming the lights, and engaging in relaxing activities like reading or meditation. Limit screen time and caffeine intake in the evening. Create a comfortable sleep environment and consider using techniques like deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation to ease into sleep. By cultivating these meaningful rituals, you can develop lasting habits that promote restful sleep and improve your overall well-being.
My nightly routine consists of three main steps to ensure the best of sleep without the bed flopping. Step one, is to take a warm shower and rinse off the stress of the day. Step two, is to stretch or mediate to relax the mind and body further. Lastly, I have found that for me listening to a few bible chapter or podcasts helps me to fall asleep quickly without the bed flopping.
You should/can try to relax and calm down your body some so you don’t flop that much in your body. Calming down the body helps make stress go away a bit easier too. Calming down movement helps relax everything in the body too.
