Mindfulness meditation teaches you how to live in the immediate moment. With practice, you can be completely mindful of your reading comprehension.
You have to study at timesyou like, for example if you like to study in the morning try to study and concentrate in the morning so you don't get bored easily. And I really like the method of studying for 30 minutes and take a 5 minute break so when I come back I feel refreshed and ready to study again and put all my concentration on what I'm doing.
