I do simple skipping each day along with streches and walk all the way to college. Since it's small I can do it everyday.
I do some form of exercise everyday. I turn my daily routine into a workout. At work I take the stairs instead of the elevator. I tighten my glutes when I go up. I may raise my calfs when going up. I turn house work into the same type of workout. I tighten muscles, I do lunges and squats when walking around cleaning, while.sweeping and mopping.
4-5 days. I try to go in the mornings to boost my day but if I miss it I go after classes. If I'm sick I don't go as I want to rest and keep others safe.
