Is the duration (8 min) of the exercise routine going to expand with time? Thank you for your help.

Yes! I personally only exercise 7 minutes in the morning and in between 5 minute breaks, overall I loose about 500 calories by short exercises!

I myself have started recently and I believe that after being consistent for a couple of weeks on this, we can increase the limit to our liking. Hope it helps. Thanks.
