Sometimes I sleep late and can’t wake up in the morning again as sometimes I’m feeling weak. How to get motivated again?

Do the thing you're most looking forward to, first thing in the morning. Start your day with the best thing in the morning. That way, motivation will come naturally.

First, maybe take a bottle of water to bed. When you wake up drink the water. This will wake you up a little. Then I would recommend exercising. It will really wake you up! Then, take a shower or wash your face. Try and find something that works for you. It might take some experimenting but once you find something that works for you, it will be easier to wake up! You got this!
