My motivation comes from the people I spend the majority of my time with. It started when I switched jobs, going from people who didn’t want to be where they were and spent their free time doing nothing, to people who would talk about their workout and the things they they accomplished before they got to work, or the other one around where they talked about the workout they were planning to do after work that day, and just generally keeping each other accountable. I suddenly found myself with people who made me want to do something for myself, whether anyone knew about it or not. The desire to be more like them was something that I embraced for once in my life and has helped me to be a better person.
