How many times to set up reading a day?
Setting up a daily reading routine can be highly beneficial for developing lasting healthy habits. Aim to read at least once a day, even if it’s just for 10-15 minutes. You can gradually increase the duration as you build this meaningful ritual. Consider stacking reading with another habit, like enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, to enhance your experience. Consistency is key, so find a time that works for you, whether in the morning, during lunch, or before bed.
Begin with the habit of reading once in a day. Gradually, if you cultivate interest and curiosity about a particular book, you can increase as per your convenience.
Three to four times. Once in the morning, then as a break a couple hours later, then in the afternoon and then again ideally as part nighttime routine.
I set up my reading once a day, I try to finish as many chapters I can, while I relax and drink cup of hot tea. Afterwards I do a little breathing and stretching, then off to my power nap. Ready to do my chores . Afterwards I return to my room for Rest and relaxation , and finish up my evening sessions. And prepare for bed.
For starters, and currently, I am reading once a day, at night, before bed. It works as a way to reduce my screen time before bed, helping in better sleep and since I read just before sleeping, it helps with better knowledge retention. I will look for any changes after I make this one a habit properly. Also, as a fellow user, if someone is reading this, start this app parallel to "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. It will be quite helpful, especially in your starting few days when it’s the hardest to follow a good habit. That’s all, thanks for reading.
