I tend to do sitting meditation for between ten and fifteen minutes in the morning, but sometimes also do a meditation/ mindfulness exercise on my cycling commute
5 times a day before I go to work. Sometimes on my days off. I meditate to feed my energy with a positive format. I continue to do this to feel great inside, and always feel the best version of myself. It helps a lot, and I know it will help you too.
I can meditate about 20 mins like sitting and watching to the window. I think I found one more tile of meditation. It’s listening aesthetic music and making your favorite hobby like drawing or crafting)
