What do you do when your brain really won’t focus on the meditation you’re doing? Do you recommend stopping for a quick break and then trying again later or pushing through it?

I recommended quick break,all you need to do is believe that you will manage to success .and if you feel worries just close your eyes ,feel your worries …,feel what you feel at the moment ,then you'll accept your feeling it will go and you're gonna feel peace
