Badly, to be honest. I’m very depressed at the moment, and have been signed off work because of that. I started trying to have many habits / goals in one day and would feel bad for not completing them all. Now I’ve reduced it to 3 key ones in the morning, drink water, shower, and eat a great breakfast, and I can do them all each day which is empowering. Eventually I’ll move up. Being kind to myself and self love are things I need to work on.
