well it depends, if it’s an upper body day then probably 30 minutes. If it’s an lower body day then 45 minutes. If it’s an hourglass or abs day 15 minutes. Again, it all depends. You can adjust ur time by how long you’re comfortable exercising then if you want u can extent it!! 🙂

On average, I exercise about 30min per day. On days where I don't feel so great, I lighten the load. And about once every week or two I up the intensity by doing 45-60min or trying something new to add to the work out or to rotate through if I like.
