Do you have any tips for an obese person to start an exercise program? Your answer may make it easier for people like me turn it into one of my habits.

Please have a mindset of love for yourself. Love who you are. Love your life (all the ups and downs). Love the choices you’ve made to be the best you. Love that no matter what size your body is, that you are a beautiful, divine person. Love that you are perfectly imperfect. Love everything inside of your body (this incredible, wondrous machine). Love all that is outside you (earth, land, water, wind, sun, animals, insects, plants, etc.) Love those around you (family, friends, acquaintances, and those you have yet to meet). Love you. Just love…. Now take your second step.
