I have been practicing for few days and few minutes at one time. I think it has been really helpful to calm me and my mind down every evening. Even when life feels overhelming, it gives me hope. I can really say, go on and try if you haven't tried yet!
really started in early January. and read Byrne Rhonda's book the magic. and also do these assignments. it's getting better. 💜 it's really fun doing this.
