I think gratefulness is a ever accessible state of being we practice the habit of shifting into regularly in order to strengthen our connection to that state. So I agree with the statement implicit in this question.

I think it’s a mindset,it may be a habit in the begining of way but eventually it’ll become a lifestyle.
