I like to do it when I wake up but I also like to exercise when I wake up too so when Iām working it can be challenging to fit it all in. Maybe I need to train myself to wake up between 5:30 and 6am to start meditating at 6am and exercise at 6:30am ready to get ready for work at 7am.
