I started small at a minute or 2 at a time n slowly increased the time. Average 10 mins is good. Even 15 works. Max would be 20 minute. Personally a 10 minute meditation in the morning n a 10 minute meditation at night works for me

I meditate for the amount of time I feel like I need in the day. If you have a particularly hectic day ahead maybe meditate for longer :).

In the starting meditate only for 3 or 5 minutes. Because it's my bigning. I should be start it with small to big term. It's good for me right now.
