How long and how to create concentration while meditation
To enhance concentration during meditation, start with short sessions—5 to 10 minutes—and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable. Focus on your breath or a specific mantra to anchor your mind. If distractions arise, gently bring your attention back without judgment. Establish a daily ritual by meditating at the same time each day, creating a routine that promotes consistency and deepens your practice. Remember, the goal is progress, not perfection.
I usually Meditation for 10-15 minutes. While there are several things, thoughts to concentrate upon, I meditate on my breath. Of course my mind wanders even then but as soon as I realize, I shift back my attention
