Meditation has always been something that got me curious, being a very spiritual person, deep inside, and the interest grew day by day, ever since I learnt about it.
But I've never conceded myself enough time to properly explore this important addition to our life, until now.
I started meditating last week, I can't do it everyday, but I try.
It's not easy, especially for those that, maybe, have problems controlling their feelings or their thoughts, but it's a useful change in one's daily routine.
It's a process for the brain, for the heart, for the mind, it helps releasing the stress and worries gathered throughout the day, and, by making it a habit, it really changes one's view and mindset for the better.

Generally keeps me calmer in higher stress situations also has created a deeper level of gratitude in me overall…start even for 5 min everyday and eventually you can reach 15 min of control and discipline where your not thinking about anything else
