How does you meditation routine look? Do you do it in the morning or evening, etc.?

I do my meditation in the morning in a room by myself with the door closed. Sometimes I sit on a special meditation cushion I bought and meditate with The Daily Calm, to practice mindfulness. Other times, especially if I wake up feeling tired or in pain or just not motivated, I meditate lying down, using Fabulous’s body scan meditation. I find Fabulous’s meditation makes me feel better physically, while the Daily Calm helps me mentally over time.

Night time if I have not settled down I play another meditation that I have recorded. I need to do a better job fitting yoga and journalling in

I am a single mom. I’m on the go before work and after work. The best time for me is during lunch. When I’m completely alone. It’s amazing and a good reboot for my brain.
