I mean, I'm kind of not happy with my body. Which is part of the reason I downloaded this app. But the motivation for exercise who's knowing on the phone breathe.

By understanding and knowing exercise is good for you. It helps serotonin flow easier, by moving the obstackles in front of it out of the way. When you move it is good for your body in many aspects. If the idea to exercise somedays feels overwhealming, you can do a stretch instead of it. Or just simply an easier version. Challange yourself to do 5 minutes, if 30 minutes feels a lot. Challange yourself to go for a walk, if running feels too much. Move during the day as well, between sessions of sitting. Also eat well, protein and other nutritients are important. Vitamin C is vital for your muscles. You should have at least 1000mg/per day (actually it is 30-50mg*each kg you weight). Jesus loves you. If you look at yourself the way He does, if you let Him transform your mind even just a bit, you will have no struggle to love yourself and care for your body. The best care is His will. His will is you to be happy. Even if it doesn’t seem like it. We as humans have a limited understanding. But we don’t have to know it all, we just have to know the One that knows it all. Take care.
