Which cardio exercises you do and how many times a week?

I do full body cardio or what im feeling at the moment. Like: i want to do the abs then I'll do abs.
I do Cardio 1-2 week, rarely 3 times. But i exercise daily.

I love doing yoga, so an hour of power flow in a heated studio is great. I feel energized after and during. Since yoga is all about listening to my body, I can practice awareness and take rest when I need it during the practice. I also love a brisk walk outdoors.
