When nursing an injury, it’s essential to focus on low-impact exercises that promote healing without causing further harm. Activities like swimming, cycling, or gentle yoga can help maintain fitness levels. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new routine. Incorporating these exercises into your daily rituals can create a balanced approach to recovery while still working towards your fitness goals. Remember to listen to your body and adjust as needed to ensure a safe and effective recovery process.

Well my foot has been broken for about 5 weeks now and I do range of motion. I flex and relax the foot. I use a towel at the ball of my foot to like pull my foot towards me as I push my foot against me. I elevate my foot in the air and trace the alphabets in the air with my foot. For me they’re all very helpful and fun to do.
