I love making healthy breakfasts that still taste delicious; some of my favorites include avocado toast with a sunny side up egg, protein waffles, peanut butter toast, yogurt and granola, overnight oats, healthy breakfast burritos, and bagel thins with salmon – I always include fruit with every meal.
