How do you stick to your habits and not go back to the very beginning?

I always think that I should do this because I think that this habit will change my life.
Just stop unecessarry thinking.
Think that I should do this at any cost because this habit will change my life style.

First i would recommend always going back to why you started the habit in the first place. Meditation and having a group of cheerleaders or people who encourage and motivate you can also be a strong support system to continue with the habits. Finally just have a daily reminder that the end result of your habits will be worth the effort put during the journey.
