i do get sick of exercise but i just gotta keep in mind that even a 3 minute workout a day can make a difference in my mood, my overall health and my abilities when im older
make it fun! instead of doing a workout which bores you to death and makes you feel terrible, do something you love. go on a hike if you love nature, do some yoga to clear your mind, go to a trampolining place as jump around, make it enjoyable. if it’s enjoyable, you won’t ever get sick of it.
I keep remembering the moment after I'm done exercising, the energy… And I tell myself that I want to feel the same way again
