.Sit on the edge of your bed or couch
.grab your toes, just your toes, or your heels, the biggest thing is just to keep your arms on the inside, between your legs.
.Once your grip is secure, rock backwards while keeping your feet on the ground. Their should be a nice pull just under your rib cage down to your tail bone. For a stronger stretch instead of rocking back you can arc your back up think of it as though you are trying to stand but do not, still having the grip on the your feet
.just a tidbit, moving the position of your heels out and in changes the stretch as well
