Well I have usually have some sleeping troubles, but I manage to get a great sleep rhythm sometimes. I just take some deep breaths, relax myself and my body and think of something peaceful. For example a field of beautiful flowers which I run through. It’s a satisfying experience to think of those places and thinking i would be there. I normally take 3 minutes before I go to bed and write something in my journal. Just some things like how I felt today, what I’m grateful for, how satisfied I was with my day, what my goals are etc. it makes my mind calm a little bit down and helps me feeling more peaceful, so I usually het better sleep in that way.
