I like to use guided sleep meditation, I put one on, put a timer on, and turn my phone on dnd mode to not get interrupted.

You can try putting the phone in another room or out of reach of the bed. You could also turn on DND so it wont bother while you sleep. You can also make the phone “unappetizing” by making the screen greyscale or really bright. You can also download an app (I don’t have any examples sorry) that put limits on your apps so you need to do a task to open them

I turn on airplane mode and put it at the very end of my room so I’ll have to get out of the very comfortable position I’m in just to get it which I don’t want to because I’m so comfortable in my bed

I read, or I practice relaxation techniques. Sometimes I get up and drink some tea. I know that the light from my phone only makes it that much harder to go to sleep

Put your phone in a different room, or away from your bed. Instead, keep a relaxing activity near your bed that you can reach for if you can’t sleep after 20 minutes or so. Some activities you might do could be reading, drawing, or coloring. Whatever activities that relax you and you can do from in bed. If it absorbs you and keeps you awake for a long time, then it’s probably not the right activity. Something I like to do when I can’t sleep is color or read until my eyes start closing and I start feeling sleepy. I hope you sleep well and I love you ❤️
