Keep a visual reminder within your view of what you are trying to achieve. This reminder will act as a motivator every time you see it and eventually your mind and body will know to do it within reminders.
Because I think we don't have to do it by memorising, we have to make it all as good habits after two three days of doing it all by memorising,, that's all how I do this,, I challenged myself earlier so there is no question of going back. 😁🤭
It's not about not going back to the beginning. It's about keep trying everytime you go back and not giving up because you have to start over.
